This well bred individual is the first foal out of ALIYFA (won 3) winner of the listed Ardilaun Hotel Oyster Stakes and placed 8 times including 3 listed races.
Dam of Alveena a 3 time winner and Group placed
Training costs are calculated as an all exclusive package at £45 per week per 1/10th share.
Individuals may have more than 1 share.

1. WHAT INDIVIDUALS CAN EXPECT FROM BEING A MEMBER OF THE SYNDICATE
The filly will be in training with Sarah Hollinshead Lodge Farm, Upper Longdon, Staffs. The trainer will be responsible for the decisions regarding health, training, racing and well-
a) The syndicate will run for 24 month commencing Jan 1st 2018
b) A share of any prize money
Weatherbys will automatically deduct from the syndicate account, Jockey fees, entry fees and any charges due from prize money won.
Remaining prize money won will be allocated to the syndicate bank account.
This prize money will be split equally in relation to each member's share and will be paid to each member at the end of the 24 month
c) Allocation of owner's badges
Any owner's badges available each time the horse has run will be apportioned by ballot to those members who express a desire to take a badge.
d) Regular information updates
Information will be posted on the Tony Ashley Bloodstock Website
It will include details of how the horse is progressing, information on forthcoming entries, racing tactics adopted by the trainer and appraisals of how the trainer believes the horse will run (together with detailed reports after each run), Each syndicate member will also have access to the Tony Ashley Racing telephone number and an email address, should he or she have any queries or comments. Should any member not have access to the Internet details will be sent via the post.
e) Open days at the training yard
These will be held throughout the season with details been posted on the site or via the post where necessary.
f) General meetings to discuss syndicate plans
There will be a general meeting -
Members who are not able to attend will be sent full details of what issues were discussed at the meetings, either by email or post.
2) COST OF MEMBERSHIP
The syndicate will commence on (January 1st 2018) for 24 months
The syndicate will consist of 10 – 10% shares. Each share will attract the following expenses:
a) A charge of £195 per 10% share each calendar month (to cover training, travelling, blacksmith and routine veterinary work and Physio treatment)
b) Entry fees, jockeys fees, Weatherbys fees are dealt with, within the perimeters of the prize money.
c) Cost of horse – £1900 per 10% share
Each syndicate member must pay the above expenses directly to Tony Ashley Syndicate
Method of payment
Purchase of share of horse to be paid in full on completion of this agreement
Training fees: 1 off yearly payment by cheque or 12 monthly payments of £195 pcm by direct debit
Tony Ashley Bank details will be given to syndicate members wishing to pay by standing order on receipt of the AGREEMENT FORM
If at any time during the timescale of this agreement any member owes the Tony Ashley Syndicate two or more monthly training instalments Tony Ashley shall have the right to terminate their involvement in the syndicate, giving 14 days notice.
In the event of this taking place, the members involvement in the syndicate will be offered, firstly to any other member and then to any other individual (with Tony Ashley taking full responsibility for sale of the share).
4) THE ROLE OF THE TONY ASHLEY SYNDICATE
Tony Ashley will be solely responsible for management of the horse and syndicate and will be acting agent on behalf of its members. It will deal with all administration and day to day operations of the syndicate. It will be present at all general meetings and open days in order that syndicate members' opinions will be taken into consideration in relation to the running of the syndicate and its horse.
In the event of any disputes, Tony Ashley will have the final say in any matters relating to any dispute within the syndication
5) LOSS OF HORSE DUE TO ACCIDENT, SICKNESS OR DISEASE
In the event of death of the horse the syndicate will be immediately disbanded. Tony Ashley will retain sole right to decide when and if the syndicate should be disbanded should the horse suffer any serious injury preventing it from racing during the current season.
The syndicate will take part in a Sponsorship scheme in order that it is able to claim back any VAT due.
